On the menu
What Paphos brings to the table
- Bananas and avocados
- The warm Paphos coast grows most of the island's bananas and avocados, and both can be on the menu in the right season.
- Latchi harbour
- The fishing harbour on the Akamas coast, where the day's catch can shape the fish course.
- Halloumi and the hills
- Halloumi, village bread and herbs from the hills above Paphos, used with a lighter, modern hand.
A villa holiday deserves more than a set menu
A private chef writes the evening for your group, whether that is a relaxed shared dinner on the terrace or a tasting menu for a birthday.
How it works in Paphos
Tell me the villa, the date and the number of guests. I reply with a few questions, then a menu written for you, and on the day I shop, cook, plate and serve at the villa.
Paphos is the longest trip from Larnaca, so in high season book two to three weeks ahead. There is no travel charge.
Private chef in Paphos: questions
- Do you travel to Paphos for villa dinners?
- Yes. I am based in Larnaca, about an hour and a half away. There is no travel charge.
- Can you cook in a villa kitchen?
- Yes. All the villa needs is a basic kitchen with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a clean workspace, and its own plates, glasses and cutlery. I bring everything else.
- What is the minimum number of guests?
- Two. I cook for anything from a dinner for two to a group of 20.
